Consultations:
- A consultation is required before certain treatments to assess suitability and discuss your goals.

- We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not considered appropriate or safe.
Booking Appointments:
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- Please ensure all personal and medical information provided is accurate and up to date.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule.
Deposits:
- Some treatments may require a deposit to secure your booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable if appointments are cancelled outside the cancellation policy.
- Deposits will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
- Failure to attend an appointment without notice may require full payment before future bookings are accepted.
Treatment Results:
- Results vary between individuals depending on skin type, lifestyle, medical history, and aftercare.
- No treatment can guarantee identical or permanent results.
- Follow-up or maintenance treatments may be recommended to achieve or maintain the desired outcome.

Aftercare:
- Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by the practitioner.

Age Requirement:
- Treatments are available only to clients aged 18 years and over, unless otherwise permitted by law and accompanied by appropriate parental or guardian consent where applicable.
Payments:
- Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept approved payment methods displayed at the clinic or on our website.
Refund Policy:
- Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, completed services are non-refundable.

Photography:
