Consultations:

Booking Appointments:

Deposits:

  • Some treatments may require a deposit to secure your booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if appointments are cancelled outside the cancellation policy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
  • Failure to attend an appointment without notice may require full payment before future bookings are accepted.

Treatment Results:

  • No treatment can guarantee identical or permanent results.
  • Follow-up or maintenance treatments may be recommended to achieve or maintain the desired outcome.

Aftercare:

Payments:

  • Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Policy:

  • Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, completed services are non-refundable.
