Just visited for the first time, it won't be my last. The treatment room is perfect, clean relaxing etc. Excellent service from Ann-Marie, not only is she professional, she has a way of making you relax immediately, and with a wonderful sense of humour which made the treatment more enjoyable. I had part 1 of the Polynucleotides’ treatment. First of all, AnnMarie applied a numbing cream to my face so that I’d not feel the several injections. It was not at all painful nor uncomfortable and was over and done with within 30 minutes. She had explained that there would be some slight swelling under the eyes and possibly bruising but that lasted only until the following afternoon and was hardly noticeable. The once-pronounced crow’s feet are now smoothed out and faint but as Ann explained at the start, I’ll need a follow up treatment to rectify the sagging under my eyes (caused by weight loss). I’m looking forward to the end result! Thank you Ann for your professionalism, excellent knowledge and calm, patient manner. I’d not trust anyone else. See you in a month.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Ann-Marie once again for some lovely facial treatments, she is literally the very best!! She has magic hands.. Ann-Marie is full of knowledge and offers a wide range of treatments to suit YOU, what's different about Ann-Marie is that she loves what she does and her main goal is to make you feel better about yourself, I honestly will not go to anyone else, She's not an aesthetic nurse for the money as she will give the best advice and offer treatments to suit your skin conditions.. She's the BEST, very engaging, very clean and thorough, what makes her happy is seeing her clients happy and that's why we all keep going back!

I was very nervous first timer having had 'sensitive skin' for many years. I decided it was time to address some of my fine lines and sparse eyebrows, so I booked in for a consultation and treatment with the lovely Ann-Marie. She asked me some questions about my skin and really put me at ease. She started a facial treatment and told me every step of the way what she was doing and I was able to ask what she was putting on my face which made me really comfortable. The treatment room is lovely and relaxing too with music on in the background, though we chatted away and I felt really special having a treatment, like proper me time. I had my eyebrows shaped and dyed and I was really happy. My face was glowing and super smooth for days afterwards. Definitely great value for money and I'm booked to go back for another next week. It's a little 'me' treat now and then and why not.
